This five week course is an introduction to safe tumbling methods while kid's learn good muscle stretching and strengthening techniques. Through games, drills and repetition students will learn safe landing positions and how to protect against injury. We will focus on floor level tumbling but could move to walkovers and beginning handspring training. Course is ongoing, but registration will restart at completion of the 5 weeks.
Cancellation window is AT LEAST 6 hours prior to class. Late cancels occur when you do not show to a class, and we are unable to give your spot to someone else. EACH spot in class is valuable. If a late cancel or NO SHOW occurs, your class pass will be charged. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged for a drop-in.
