Whether you are just getting started or returning to fitness, one-on-one personal training is a great fit for you. Personal training offers you the flexibility and privacy to meet your training goals. Your training sessions can be tailored to your individual needs, including strength, balance, flexibility, form, cardio, weight loss, nutrition consultation, and functional fitness. We will hold you accountable, correct your form, and push you to be your best. Specialty training includes bridging the gap from injury to activity, fLEX Mamas (pre and post-natal movement), senior balance and strength, youth training, sports performance training, and fLEX-on-the-go (we bring the training to you).
Cancellation window is AT LEAST 6 hours prior to class. Late cancels occur when you do not show to a class, and we are unable to give your spot to someone else. EACH spot in class is valuable. If a late cancel or NO SHOW occurs, your class pass will be charged. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged for a drop-in.
