Service Description
Cardio Core is a 45-minute, full-body workout that blends yoga, mat Pilates, and strength training for a dynamic and energizing class. Using light weights, sliders, and Pilates balls, you’ll sculpt and strengthen your abs, arms, legs, and glutes while boosting endurance and stability. Expect a balanced mix of mindful movement, core-focused conditioning, and functional strength work for a powerful, total-body burn.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation window is AT LEAST 6 hours prior to class. Late cancels occur when you do not show to a class, and we are unable to give your spot to someone else. EACH spot in class is valuable. If a late cancel or NO SHOW occurs, your class pass will be charged. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged for a drop-in.
